Two new PDFs have been added to the download page  posted: 2011-05-26
The first PDF, the "NESDEC Aquidneck Island Schools Report" was commissioned to showcase the advantages of regionalization (and to provide political cover); however, it does contain a few words of caution for those who support regionalization.

The second PDF, published by the National Education Policy Center, "Consolidation of Schools and Districts, What the Research Says and What it Means," provides a history on school consolidation in America and why future consolidation provides diminishing returns financially as well as educationally.
